This morning we met all in the entrance hall at 9 am. We were many teenager. We would go between June and August to Argentina, Australia, China, India, Japan, New Zealand and Spain.
Everyone who wants to be an exchange student by DFSR (Dr. Frank Sprachen & Reisen) have to take part on a preparation camp. That is in Frankfurt a.M. and goes one weekend. It starts on Saturday at 9 am. Because we came from every part of Germany, you also can arrive on Friday. If I have just come to the start, I must started to travel to Frankfurt a.M. at 4 am. My parents decided that this is much to early for me to travel alone. So I should arrive at Friday. I informed my classteacher and his comment was: "You're an excellent student. You would haven't any problem if you miss one schoolday. I give you free and don't want to see you here." So I could start my way to Frankfurt a.M. at 2 pm. My mother and some friends said goodbye. One friend was in the train, too. But just one station. It was a little bit unexpected for me to leave my hometown, but it was just one weekend. Everything goes okay with my trains, which isn't very often in Germany. In Frankfurt I had a problem at the main station. I couldn't find the right exit for my bus stop. There are three and the third I tried was it. I had to run across the station to get on the bus, how it was planed. I arrived in time at the house of youth, where the camp was. In my room were seven other girls, too. Everyone comes from different parts of Germany and want to go to different countries as an exchange student, like Australia, China, Japan and New Zealand. We were all between 14 and 16 years old.
